Team Administration and Payment Method:
Administration of PCST is done via a web based team management
system called Team Unify. This system was developed
specifically for swim teams by an individual that was frustrated
with all the inefficiencies that are required to administer and run
a swim team. Team Unify utilizes a central database for all
family account information and completely automates the payment
process. When you sign up for PCST, you will be given an
account (username & password) for Team Unify. You will be
required to go into your account and specify one of two payment
methods. The first method is to pay by check or the second
method is to pay by credit card. We would prefer you set your
account up using a credit card however, if you are unable to use a
credit card and wish to pay your initial fees by check that method
will be accepted. Please be informed however, should you
choose to pay initially by check, you will be required to contact
our billing department within 2 weeks of joining the team and
establishing your payment method utilizing ACH.
You must be enrolled in an automatic payment method,
meaning either ACH or credit card, before your swimmer can
enter meets. If the automatic
payment method is not accomplished by 30 days after joining,
your account will automatically be suspended at the end of your
pre-payment cycle and the swimmer will not be allowed to
participate with the team until it is completed.
Monthly swim fees transactions occur on the 1st of
every month. If you decide to leave the team for any reason it
is YOUR
responsibility to send a written notice to the team biller at
billing@panamacityswimteam.com.
Please be sure this email arrives by the 25th of the
month to avoid being debited the following month. Any notices
received after the 25th will result in your account still being
debited for the next month and there are NO refunds.
Every swimmer is required to become a member of USA Swimming. USA
Swimming is our governing body and membership includes insurance
for your swimmer at practice and USA Swimming sanctioned events.
This is an annual membership and is required to be renewed every
December (Coach Jonathan will register your swimmer). The
current cost is $56.00 per swimmer. PCST will send out
reminders beginning in September that USA
Swimming registrations are due. Your swimmer will not be
registered until your $56 has been collected.
Sign-up Fee: $110.00 + 2nd
month’s fees
The $110.00 covers the 1st month and includes the annual
USA Swimming registration as well as a PCST t-shirt and swim
cap. You can enroll your swimmer on the same night and have
them begin practice immediately as long as they meet the minimum
requirements of being able to swim 25 yards in any stroke without
holding on to the wall. The coach that completes your enrollment
will let you know which training group your swimmer will be
assigned to. It is your responsibility to login to your
account on the team web site and enroll in ACH processing. On
the 1st day of your 3rd month on the team, your ACH account will be
debited and will continue in effect until such time as you notify
us in writing of your desire to leave the team.
Fees:
This is a per swimmer monthly charge with a $175 per-family
maximum per month (3 or more children)
