Base Fee -Each meet
includes a base fee of $3.00 for the SES fee, as well as a $10.00
Coaching Fee. Depending on the meet venue, there may also be a
facility charge. This facility charge can range from $3-5.00. These
fees must be paid regardless of how many days or events your
swimmer participates in. Please check the event information for the
meet you plan to attend for a complete list of these fees.
Friday Night Meet Events - If your
swimmer participates in a Friday meet there is a flat fee of $10.00
for the day.
Saturday and Sunday Events - If your
swimmer participates in a Saturday or Sunday meet there is a flat
fee per day of $20.00.
Relay Events - If your swimmer is
selected by the coaching staff at a meet to represent the Tsunamis
in a relay event, then the Tsunamis will absorb the cost of that
event. Because these are team events PCST sponsors all relay
events. Your swimmer must be registered for the meet on the day
they wish to participate in a relay.
NOTE: All meet fees are due in
advance. Please note the cut-off date for registration and be sure
you have registered for the event and the your check for the fees
has been submitted to Coach Jonathan before that date. Once you
have registered for a meet you are responsible for the meet fees
regardless of whether you attend the meet or not. By registering
for a given meet you are acknowledging you understand this policy
and are agreeing to the above terms. We realize unforeseen
circumstances can keep you from attending a meet at the last
minute, but PCST will already have paid the fees to the sponsoring
team on your behalf and must be reimbursed for them. None of the
teams provide a refund for no-shows.
