Hi Tsunamis,
AC Aquatics Director Paul Flinchbaugh informed me this morning
that starting tomorrow, until the week of May/22/2006 there will be

I'm sorry for that change in our schedule.
Swimmers will be able to attend practice at the GC pool
from 5:30 - 7:00 PM, with stretching starting at 5:15.

Hi Tsunamis,
I'm sorry to let everybody know that the previously announced procedure for access to the AC at the Frank Brown Park was finally not accepted.
Here are the official rules for access to the AC, as discussed today with Aquatics Director Paul Flinchbaugh:
- PCST swimmers are allowed to enter during PCST practice times
- PCST coaches are allowed to enter during PCST practice times
- PCST board members are NOT allowed to enter the AC, unless they have a daily or yearly pass
- PCST family members are also NOT allowed to enter the AC, unless they have a daily or yearly pass
- However, everyone can use the Frank Brown Park facility, outside the AC.

Family passes that allow year-round access to the AC are NOT available at the pool gate register, but at the Community Center (next door) at the following times:
Mo-Th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Panama City Beach Resident pay: $250/year for a family pass and 125/year for individual pass
Bay County Residents pay: $300/year for family and 150/year for individuals
Daily passes are available $5/day for adults (15-64), $4/day for seniors (65+), $3/day for children (0-14), Non-Bay County residents pay double these daily fees.

regards
Mike

Hi Tsunamis,
Here are several news items I would like to post:

A) Frank Brown Park - Aquatic Center (AC)
Certain procedures at the AC needed some time to be developed. Here is where we currently stand:
PCST family members who wish to stay inside the pool area in order to watch their swimmers during practice are allowed access under the following conditions:
- PCST T-shirt required, in order to show that they are part of PCST
- Swimmers and Family Members need to sign in (either with the coach on deck, or Rob McDonald or Gale Bronnenberg)
- Family Members are supposed to stay at or near the bleachers and are definetely NOT allowed to use the pool or kiddy pool.
- Those Family Members who wish to use the pools have to be in possession of a daily or yearly pass.
- If anyone does not observe these rule might cause the team to loose the option of access to the pool area for family members!
So please observe this rule and help enforce it.
- Family passes that allow year-round access to this great facility are NOT available at the pool gate register, but at the Community Center (next door) at the following times:
Mo-Th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Panama City Beach Resident pay: $250/year for a family pass and 125/year for individual pass
Bay County Residents pay: $300/year for family and 150/year for individuals
We will extend the $10/T-shirt sale for 2 more weeks, so everyone can get T's for family members.

B) Saturday's Practice:
For the time being, Saturday's practice is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the AC pool.
We are guaranteed at least 1 Lane reserved for us.

C) Stretching and Warm-Up at the Guld Coast Community College Pool (GC):
We are offering now a daily stretching routine 10-15 minutes prior to practice and a 30-Min workout & stretching routine on Monday and Wendesdays prior to practice. The website schedule will be updated accordingly.

Go Tsunamis!

Hi Tsunamis,
Saturday's Practice will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 at the AC pool.
Unfortunately, due to time change & lifeguard issues we are not guaranteed a reserved lane for us, though it is likely that we will get one.
Please be advised also, that w/o an entry ticket or seasonal pass parents of swimmer won't be able to enter the pool area (AC Pool).
We are trying to find a solution for this issue.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
regards
Mike
