New Swimmers Sign-Up Procedure
& Information |

Wave and join

team? Here is how it works: 1) Print out / fill in the following documents (also available at the pool during practice hours). a) Welcome Letter - School Flyer b) PCST Sign-up form (#1) c) GCCC Sign-up form (smaller version) (#2) (required by Gulf Coast Community College) d) US Swimming Sign-up form (#3) (required by our governing body and also for insurance purposes) e) PCST Waiver of Liability (#4) (please sign and return with your filled out forms) f) PCST Disciplinary Provisions (.pdf) (#5) g) Swimmer Behavior List (coming soon) 2) Prepare for sign-up charges: A $100 charge need to be paid at time of sign-up, which will include: - $50 for USS membership (required annual fee for USA Swimming) - $10 for PCST administrative charge (one-time sign-up fee, includes Parent Guide) - $30 for PCST T-shirt and swim cap (let us know T-shirt size for your swimmer) - $10 for swimming for the first month (special offer!) 3) Bring the forms along with a check (made out to PCST) during practice time to the pool. (if possible, make a copy of the PCST sign-up form) 4) Your child can start practice right after you signed up. 5) Following the first month we will send you a monthly bill in the amount of: >>> $70 per swimmer with a $175 per-family limit (3- or more children) 6) Communication Tools: a) For information, such as meet results, flyers etc, we use the parents folder box on the table in the pool area. Please check your folder from time to time. b) Announcements are made through email distribution and/or website NEWS announcements. c) If you would like to transmit information to us please either approach a board member or send us an email. 7) Please keep in mind that our team's success depends on help from you, the parents. We are always looking for volunteers to step forward to become an active part of the team. |
